  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery back to our warehouse.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring fragile home decor is properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
